Here is how it works;

 On Wednesday 6/23 at 6pm our online estate sale will start. It will run until Saturday 6/26 to 2pm.

(things tend to go fast, 1st to complete transaction gets it!)

Item Pickups will be Fri. & Sat. June 25th & 26th 9am to 5pm.

 

The house is located in a very strict gated community , we are only allowed a certain amount of people in at a time. You must schedule an appointment and your name must be on our list before you can come. The guard will not let you in otherwise. We have expanded our operation hours on Friday & Saturday to 9am-5pm to accommodate as many people of possible.  If you purchase online Wed night you will get 1st pick at setting an appointment. On Thursday morning at 11am we will start setting appointments for individuals who did not purchase online the night before. We appreciate everyones cooperation and understanding , this is a special sale in an exclusive neighborhood and this is the 1st time they are allowing and estate sale in their community!

 

We will offer local delivery and shipping world wide!

 

Delivery & shipping prices will be stated in the items description.

 

Some important things to remember

 ~Prices are not revealed until the online store opens  

 ~ There is a delivery fee for all items clearly marked on the sale page.

(only applicable If you need it delivered) (Maricopa County Only)

 ~ When you purchase multiple items we will discount shipping and refund you the difference.

 

 ~ If Picking up, please bring a copy of your invoice and an ID.

 ~ The Gate Guard will ask you for your first & last name. He will also have a list with him and only let you in if your name is on that list!

 

 The Home is located in North Scottsdale near E. Happy Valley Rd. & N. Alma School Rd.

 ~  Our delivery window will be Sat. June 26th 12pm to 5pm.

 ~  Please read description & view pictures, no refunds will be given for any reason. 

 

Items must be purchased on website & paid to assure it is yours.
